Delivery and Returns
Each Valenadi creation is carefully inspected and wrapped in our signature packaging before departing our ateliers. Outbound transit timeframes are calculated from the precise moment your package is transferred to our couriers.
Standard Delivery: Dispatched gracefully within 1 to 5 business days. Complimentary for all orders.
Express Delivery: Overnight transit guaranteed on business days. $25, or complimentary for transactions exceeding $3,000.
Saturday Delivery: Weekend arrival available for select regional destinations. $35, or complimentary for transactions exceeding $3,000.
Atelier Retrieval: In-person collection available at select physical Valenadi locations. Complimentary for all orders.
Order Preparation & Security
Atelier Handling: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our artisans to meticulously prepare, audit, and secure your piece.
Dispatch Cycles: Coordinated Monday through Friday for selections finalized before 5:30 PM EST, and Saturdays before 2:00 PM EST.
Delivery Security: To safeguard the value of your acquisition, a mandatory adult signature is required upon arrival.
Address Restrictions: We are unable to route shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO destinations, or unverified freight forwarding handles.
Returns & Refund Guidelines
If a creation does not completely meet your expectations, the House accommodates returns for a refund under strict guidelines engineered to preserve the absolute purity, hygiene, and authenticity of our designs.
The Return Window: You are welcome to initiate a return for a refund within 14 calendar days from the verified date of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: Valenadi does not provide complimentary return shipping labels. The client assumes full financial responsibility and logistics for shipping items securely back to our facility.
Exchanges: The House does not facilitate direct product or size exchanges. To secure an alternative variant, you must return your original piece for a refund and place a new order online. • Condition Mandates: To qualify for a refund, creations must be returned in their absolute original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, retaining all original branding tags and security loops completely intact.
Exemptions: The House cannot accept returns or refunds on custom atelier commissions, made-to-measure garments, personalized leather coordinates, or final sale archive items.
Authorization & Settlement Timelines
Initiating Your Return: Please contact our concierge care team at clientservices@valenadi.com to obtain a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to dispatch.
Inspection Protocol: Our quality control specialists will conduct a thorough audit within 5 business days of receiving your package to verify compliance with our condition requirements.
Refund Finalization: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit transition to reflect on your financial statement.
